Information about our hygiene and social distancing regulations
We are excited to restart our programme. As usual, we want to offer our audience a comfortable evening in out theatre. We have developed following regulations concerning hygiene and social distancing in order to protect our audience and participants. These regulations follow the provisions of the federal state government of Hessen as well as the recommendations of the Robert-Koch-Institute. Notices of these regulations will be visibly placed in our facilities.
A minimum distance of 1,5 metres to other persons must be maintained. Excepted are people members of the same household as well as of one other household. Due to these regulations, there are only 20 seats with appropriate distance to each other available. Couples and groups can sit together on request. There will be no waiting opportunity in our foyer.
It is obligatory to wear an adequate mouthpiece over your mouth and nose in each area – foyer, cloakroom, bathroom – of the theatre. Please bring along your own mouthpiece. In the theatre hall, after you took your seat, you are allowed to remove the mouthpiece. Please follow the general labels for sneezing and coughing.
As promoter, we are obligated to maintain a list with name, address and telephone number of all participants. Please, submit this information with the online-reservation or at the box office. We will save the data for one month and will delete it afterwards. The purpose of this regulation serves to secure the traceability of infection chains.
Entrance and Procedure
If you have booked your tickets online, you are advised to pick up the tickets at a specific time. Our staff will secure that distances are maintained and that waiting queues are avoided. As soon as you are prepared with your ticket and a drink you are directly able to take your seat in the theatre hall. There you can remove your mouthpiece. If you seek the bathroom or cloakroom, please wear the mouthpiece. After the performance, we ask you to leave your empty drinks at your seats.
Enjoy your evening! We are looking forward to see you!
